Teaching children the art of writing has honed my own skills as a writer. Children are naturally creative and my students, with their free spirits, soaring imaginations and the ability to conjure worlds where everything is possible have made teaching so much fun. Each of them has furthered me along on my journey giving me the courage to break free of my own inhibitions. They are a talented bunch and being their mentor and guide has been a pleasure!
