This Agreement applies to any and all articles, written works and images (“Content”) that you submit to Vidyawrites.com for publication:

• I may accept or reject content in my absolute discretion. I also may, at any time and for any reason, remove the content.
• You hereby also consent to me to omit, edit or rewrite parts of the submission that I deem objectionable or unsuitable for the site.
• You agree that this promotion is the only consideration you will receive in relation to your Content, and specifically that you will not receive any monetary payment.  

By submitting your content, you also warrant that:

1. The Content is entirely your own creation and that you own all Content and its rights in it.
2. The Content does not, and will not, infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person; you are not restricted by any other contract from entering into this agreement.
3. By submitting any Content to me, you agree to be bound by these terms.
