Charities & Communities

I’ve always believed that the greatest joy comes in knowing that you have played a small role in making this world a better place. I am grateful to the organizations that have given me a platform to give back.
Here are some of them:

Ekam USA is a 501©(3) non-profit organization that strives to make a difference in maternal and child healthcare. In my role as chapter director for Charlotte, I’ve led many local service and fundraising projects. Ekam offers plenty of opportunities for students to volunteer in the US.

I volunteer with Love for The Elders by writing letters to seniors tucked away in senior loving communities. You can too!

Based in the in the greater Charlotte area, Shakthi Corp’s mission is to empower women of South Asian origin by mentoring, supporting, and creating new opportunities for them. As a member of their Board of Directors, I lead their marketing and fundraising team.

Dr. Lopamudra Das Roy, founder of BCH is a force by herself. Her passion towards providing sustainable solutions at grassroots level for all types of cancer and saving lives globally is inspiring and pushes me to give my best self to any cause I take up.  I am grateful to be associated with Dr. Lopa and BCH in a miniscule capacity.
